Hello, I’m Dave Fisher, Vet and Clinical Director at Brentknoll.
I qualified as a veterinary surgeon (MRCVS) back in 1985, at the Royal Veterinary College, London.
I have specialised in small animals as a vet in practice since 1988 – and completed my post-graduate Certificate in Small Animal Cardiology in 1993.
In 2000, I completed my post-graduate Certificate in Small Animal Medicine.
I took over Brentknoll Veterinary Centre in 1993, then based at our old premises in Bath Road, Worcester and I’ve been looking after our clients and their pets’ well-being ever since.
I have been seeing Cardiology referral cases from across the West Midlands since 1994 and since 2002 for internal medicine.
My special veterinary interests are heart and lung problems, plus general medical problems for both dogs and cats – as well as running an enthusiastic, high quality, veterinary practice breaking new boundaries in pet health care.
In my spare time I enjoy exploring the outdoors by cycling and kayaking; travelling the world with fellow cycle enthusiasts and my wife Paula. When I’m not caring for Brentknoll’s pet’s I have a dog of my own called Tiger the Yorkshire Terrier.
