Where do I need to Go?

If your pet needs to see a vet outside our normal opening hours, Vets Now offer an A&E service from:

Severn Vets
Berkeley House
Berkeley Way
Villages
Worcester
WR4 9UP

What happens after my pet has been treated by Vets Now?

Once your pet has been treated, a full report of your pet's care will be emailed directly to your vets, so they will know what has been done, and it will be added to your pet's clinical records.

If you wish to claim on your insurance, you will need to provide Vets Now with a claim form, and they will process it for you. Please note that if your pet also receives treatment with your vets, you will need to complete a separate claim form (don't worry, your claim will be treated as one condition, and therefore only one insurance excess will be payable).

In an emergency out of hours, please call Vets Now on 0121 422 7268

If you're unsure whether it is an emergency, it's always best to call for advice. The Vets Now team will be happy to give free advice over the telephone and will be able to tell you if they think it is safe for your pet to wait until the morning to be seen.
