There are many roles within a veterinary practice; Vets and Nurses cover the clinical side but there are many roles behind the scenes within our Client Care team.
If you are ambitious, hard working and have a passion for working with animals then a career at Brentknoll may be for you.
Our current vacancies are shown below.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, sales and telephone skills to join our friendly client care team. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience when contacting the practice and ensuring the smooth running of the front of house.
This is a full time, permanent position working around 40 hours per week on a rota basis, made up of early (8am – 4:30pm) and late (11:30 – 7:30pm) shifts. You should have excellent customer service skills and ideally some experience in sales. The right person will be confident and approachable both face to face and on the telephone. This is a busy and highly rewarding role that requires you to be able to multi-task, prioritise and organise very demanding workloads, in a highly emotive industry. Candidates must be competent in Windows-based packages and able to quickly learn new software, however you will be given full training on using our vet specific practice management software,
Please note – we are looking for someone who wishes to work within this department, not someone wishing to be a veterinary nurse.
